All kits being shipped to the USA have free shipping, and are shipped via USPS Priority Mail(2-3days). They also have tracking info, which is sent out via email, once the kit is shipped. Shipping a single OCC kit to Canada and Mexico is generally $20 for USPS First Class Mail(1-3weeks), $30 for USPS Priority Mail(6-10days), or $45 for USPS Express Mail(3-5days). For other countries, it's best to ask us for a quote, but it is generally $30 for USPS First Class Mail(1-3weeks), $45 for USPS Priority Mail(6-10days), or $60 for USPS Express Mail(3-5days). Express Mail comes with tracking info, and is generally preferred by most customers. OCC kits can pretty much ship everywhere USPS ships.

The OCC kits install into the vehicles PCV system, via the port on the underside of the manifold and the PCV valve. It's only accessible by lifting up the vehicle, and removing the undertray, unless the manifold is removed.

It's a fairly simple install in theory. Remove the OEM PCV hose, attach the new OCC kit hoses, mount the OCC, and you're done.

However it may be difficult for some to remove the OEM hose on the Mazda engines, due to its cramped location, underneath the intake manifold. There are a few tips and tricks in the install guide CD, as to getting out the old hose, and installing the new ones provided in the kit.

I've gotten the OEM hose out in under a minute, cause I've installed may OCC kits, and everything is easier the ninth time around.

I'm hoping to make an install video this summer, highlighting all the tricky parts of removing the old hose, and attaching the new hoses.

Generally, it takes anywhere from 45min to 2.5hrs to install an OCC kit. The installation requires only a few simple tools, and the install guide is very detailed with many pictures.
