My FoST is a weekend and occasional track car. I did not want to spend $250+ on an aftermarket mount since my ST only has 40k miles on it. I purchased the race bushings and the installation was simple - remove intake box, battery, under tray, support the trans, and remove the transmission mount. It took probably an hour and a half to complete the job.
The bushings fit into the existing mount very well and appear to be high quality. I installed street passenger motor mount bushings at the same time and there was a little bit of NVH on startup. I can hear the whine of the transmission a little more as well as hear the slope from the cable more with these bushings. There is significantly less drivetrain movement on take off and throttle out. I would say that compared to aftermarket mounts (I have had Damond, CPE, Mountune, etc.), these bushings gets you around 70% of the performance for ~20% of the price.
Unless your existing stock mount is bad, I would highly recommend getting these bushings as an upgrade without too much NVH. If your stock mount needs replacing, then an aftermarket mount such as Damond's would be much better since the OEM mounts are pretty expensive.
