McLaren Front / Rear Wishbone Bushing Kit (M10 Bolts)

PF41K-1001 McLaren Front / Rear Wishbone Bushing Kit is designed to upgrade the factory control arm bushings with a motorsport-derived solution that improves performance, durability, and consistency.

Each kit contains eight bushings, enough for either the front or rear axle. Two kits are required to replace all control arm bushings on the vehicle.

The original bonded rubber bushings are prone to wear over time due to torsional, radial, and axial loading, leading to increased movement, noise, and degraded handling. Powerflex addresses this with a complete pre-assembled solution engineered for improved strength and longevity.

Key features include lightweight black anodized CNC-milled aluminum mounting hardware, reducing total weight by over 2.8kg compared to a full set of OE bushings. High-performance leaded tin/bronze bearings running on stainless-steel sleeves provide low friction operation and reduced wear.

Housed in 92ShA Black Series polyurethane, these bushings increase radial stiffness by up to 20% while maintaining precise control and predictable handling characteristics. Designed using Powerflex’s first-hand motorsport experience, the kit is supplied pre-assembled and ready to install into original McLaren wishbones.

For early MP4-12C models that use M8 bolts, use PF41K-2001. A dedicated installation tool kit (PF41K-1001FT) is also available separately.
